1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kramana's luxury travel concierge services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Minors require parental supervision.
2. Booking Terms
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
- E-tickets are sent via email and SMS
- PNR generation may take 5-10 minutes
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: 24 hours before departure
- Cancellation fee: ₹500 - ₹3000 (depending on fare type)
- Refund processing: 7-15 working days
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways:
- Credit/Debit cards accepted
- UPI, Netbanking, Wallets
- 3D Secure authentication
- Convenience fees apply
💳 Payment Safety
PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.

- Not responsible for airline delays
- Not liable for weather issues
- Limited to booking amount
6. Duties
Provide accurate info, carry ID, follow baggage rules, and meet check-in deadlines.
7. Accounts
Security is your responsibility. Report issues. Inactive accounts may be deleted.
